The Adalat Ve Kalkinma Partisi and its Relationship with the Turkish Military

The arrival of the AKP to the power, in Turkey in 2002, is as
an important historical event due to the great achievements made by it
for Turkey in the economic, political, social fields, redirecting the
Turkish policy according to the perspective of (strategic depth) and
the constitutional, judicial and legal reforms. The research was
divided into two axes, an introduction and conclusion. The first one
discussed (the position and role of the military within the Turkish
political life), focusing on the Turkish military establishment (a
historical perspective) and analyzing the role of the military within the Turkish political life (the military coups). The second axis has studied the AKP and reducing the power of the Turkish military shedding
light on the reforms and constitutional amendments. Also, the
research find out a series of important conclusions.

Legal protection for land Environment In View of International Law

The Land environment protection case is consider one of the most important topics within the global interests, states tries to find formula for legal protection to this kind of environment. Thus, we find that it has been the axis of so many international conferences and treaties to secure states ’right in securing land environment to present and future.
This paper spotslight on land environment protection in view of international law rules as being within the interests of international law in order to secure states ’rights in this field through multipartie's international treaties.

Analyzing Strength in Geopolitics: population Growth in Syria :Acase study

Population growth is considered one of the topics which deals with geopolitics and represents the Summary of the impact of various factors upon population. This has its own Consequences which leave their effects not only in the Structure of the State and its internal form, but in its foreign policy in sometimes. Therefore، handling Such topics is an important Case in the prospective of the Syrian national security in social, economic and political aspects.
The problem of the paper says that the present picture of population growth in Syria with its probable geopolitics is still unclear. Therefore, this paper tries to explore the dimensions of geopolitics with regard population growth rates in Syria and the basic hypothesis which says that the high rates of population growth in Syria in the light of its limited natural resources and its weak economy had burdened Syria in which Syria fights to reinforce its power. Lt is worth mentioning that depending on the approach of analyzing power and functional approach being basic approaches had formed the statistical data and the issued reports of local and global sides the main crude material of this paper.
The paper ends with so many consequences which explain the basic features of power and weakness in the phenomenon of population growth in Syria. Also،this paper presented many suggestions which might form strategic dimensions in which decision maker might rely upon.

Arab Gulf Security In Iranian Perspective 1991-2013

From time to time, Iran presents to its Arab neighboring states special perceptions for security procedures in Gulf area. The most significant points presented by Iranian politicians concentrate on setting up collective security project with the participation of Arab Gulf states and Iran by depending upon independence and self – reliance and refusing foreign intervention. On the other side Gulf leaders see that what Iran is presenting has nothing to do with the arrangements of regional security. Iran is not cooperating but defending and wants to replace international alliances with a regional defensive alliance.

Iraq's Role in the Joint Arab Cultural Work within the Framework of the Arab League, the Institute of Arab Research and Studies in Baghdad (1981-1989) A Historical Study

The Institute of Arab Research and Studies performed its cultural role (research, teaching and publishing) in Baghdad for the period 1981-1989 successfully. Its work was part of the general framework of the joint Arab cultural work supervised by the League of Arab States, which directed the opening of the institute in 1953 in Cairo and remained within it until 1980. It was transferred to Baghdad after the agreement signed with the Government of Iraq, where provided facilities and funding and named Dr. Nouri Hamoudi Qaisi as a director for it .It worked smoothly, successfully and committed to the rules of internal procedure and the organizational structure in terms of sections, objectives and method of operation. It was retransferred to Cairo after the settlement of the Arab dispute with the Egyptian government in 1989, which had arisen after the visit of former Egyptian President Anwar Sadat to Israel.

The future of the Turkish regional role in progress continuously. Progress was as a result of the availability of domestic strategic environment such as active strategic thoughts to exercise this role, in addition, the capabilities and potentials of economic growth and internal stability and political system and active legal systems, as well as the favorable international strategic environment that arising from the absence of regional rival who can limit the raising regional powers, also the endeavor of the great powers to give a regional role for a certain regional power such as the United States that is regarded one of the united states allies in the middle east. Above all, these elements contributed to activation of the Turkish which is trying to coincide its ability with exercise its regional role. Through the account of the of Turkish role opportunities as well as vulnerability, and the failure of Arab countries in constructing a model of the leading regional state, Turkey will exercise effective regional role.
