Abstract

Terrorist crimes in general and electronic terrorist crimes in particular are among the most severe crimes facing the entire world at the present time as a result of the widespread use of electronic means in all areas of life, whether by individuals or governments,As the electronic terrorist operations that strike the countries and peoples of the world have increased at an escalating pace and in a large way that exceeds the limits, taking advantage of the means of communication and electronic technology, in addition to the international conditions and factors of political and economic reasons, Or because of human rights violations in certain environments, so it has become imperative and necessary to criminally address these attacks in order to prevent the occurrence of these crimes in a preventive manner or reduce their risks and address their effects after committing them in order to protect private and public interests.
