Abstract

The human rights recognized under the provisions of international human rights law are basically established in favor of the human being, and they constitute a minimum level of protection that all states must observe and ensure that individuals enjoy them in order to achieve human dignity and preserve his dignity. In their entirety, they are complementary and overlapping rights that support each other regardless of Regardless of their different forms or types, they are rights that depend on each other in terms of the essence of the right, not in terms of the texts themselves that recognize these rights. Human rights, regardless of their different types and divisions, remain one body united by the unity of purpose
